This Dreamwidth Journal will hold a combination of my fanfiction, graphics, and my RL.

I have been writing BtVS fanfic since September 2002. Almost all of the stories that I write have Willow as the central character. To date she has been paired with: Giles, Spike, Spike & Angel, Angel, Angelus, Giles & Spike, Lindsey, Oz, Oz & Giles and done crossovers with Charmed and Numb3rs. I have also written a few stories without her (Giles-centric, Spike-centric, Oz-centric, Giles/Spike, Giles/Ethan & Angel/Lindsey). Willow/Giles is the first pairing I read and remains my OTP.

Like most people, I read many more pairings than I write. Obviously, I read all of the above pairings, but I also tend to favor: Spike/Angel, some Lindsey/Spike, Giles/Faith, Spike/Faith, Spike/Fred, and Willow/Xander.

The first fandom to pull my interest away from BtVS was Heroes, specifically Peter/Claire. When the show premiered in September 2006 I knew I'd love it, but I had no idea that it would capture my interest so fully. I quickly became obsessed with Peter/Claire fic, even after it was revealed they were related. It didn't take long for me to be completely depraved and become addicted to Peter/Nathan, Peter/Nathan/Claire and Nathan/Claire fic too.

My next obsession was Justin/Rebecca, from Brothers & Sisters. The chemistry between these characters was so obvious that the producers unrelated them so that they could be a couple. They really are so perfect for each other.

Next came Olicity on Arrow. The chemistry between Felicity and Oliver is undeniable. Although I quickly started shipping Smoaking Billionaires (Tommy/Oliver/Felicity), Flommy (Felicity/Tommy) and Toliver (Tommy/Oliver) too.

My current obsession is Captain Canary (Sara/Leonard) on DC's Legends of Tomorrow. I haven't written so many stories in such a short period of time for any of my other fandoms. Being me, I also ship Rogue Canary (Sara/Mick/Leonard), Coldwave (Leonard/Mick), and Canarywave (Sara/Mick); along with a spattering of other pairings.

If you go looking through my Memories here on DW for my stories, you won't find any there, although they are tagged here on DW. I don't see the point in keeping my memories updated with my fic when I have my own personal archive that is updated before my LJ/DW is. Click on the banner to check it out.





In March 2005, I created when I realized that most of the Willow/Giles archives were no longer accepting submissions/being actively updated to remedy that situation.

I am the webmistress for the , and have been since nearly the time that it was created as a Yahoo group in early 2004.

As of the 2007 round, I have taken over the since the previous owner was going to close the site, and I couldn't let that happen.

On April 22, 2007 I launched Walking a Thorny Path, a Lindsey-centric auto-archive. After looking around for an active Lindsey archive, and not being able to find one, I created my own. However, I have since let the domain name go. Perhaps some day I will re-open the site as a sub-domain to one of my other domains.

On June 1, 2007 eowyn_girl and I launched the to honor all of the wonderful Peter/Claire fanfiction that has been written.

On LJ, I run wg_hairyeyeball (a companion to the website) and trdmarkstoicism (an Oz-centric fan community created September 1, 2009). I also created otherworldlyric (multi-fandom icon contest community that uses song lyrics for prompts) and am mod for btvs_hush (a text-less BtVS icon contest community).

What do I watch now that Buffy & Angel are no longer on prime time TV? My must see shows are definitely: Arrow, Bones, Castle, Doctor Who, Game of Thrones, How I Met Your Mother, Law & Order: SVU, Lost Girl, Mad Men, Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., Once Upon a Time, Orphan Black, So You Think You Can Dance, Switched at Birth, The Fosters and more. (Yes, I watch way too much television.)

My Friending Policy

This journal is NOT Friends Only. However, I will Friends Lock more personal posts. If you would like to friend me, please do. Whether or not I friend you back will depend on if it looks like we have anything in common. I'm more likely to do so if you've commented on my posts and let me know who you are.

My Filtering Policy

I have filters set up, as many people do these days. Some of you I know better than others, so when I talk about my RL, I'm only going to want to share it with you. Just because it's called a "friends" list, doesn't mean that we're all instant friends. That takes time and "conversation". Don't be offended if you're not included in a filter. It just means that we're not close enough yet to include you.

Also, I refuse to 'sign up' to be on anyone else's filters. If you don't want to include me, then don't. You know if you trust me enough to share whatever you created the filter for. If you want to share the more personal aspects of your life with me, I'll be honored. If not, that's fine too. But if you create a poll, or ask what filters people want to be on, don't expect me to sign up. I trust your judgement to decide what you want to share with me. I'm not going to butt my nose in where it may not belong.
