Phew!

Oh thank goodness! I have been waiting on pins and needles for my step-brother's present to arrive from Amazon.com. It still wasn't there when I got my mail at 4:30pm yesterday. When I just went UPS's tracking page it said my package(s) - a book for me was shipped separately - were delivered at 5:29pm yesterday. I ran downstairs (in my pjs) and sure enough, there they were. ::big huge sigh of relief:: I was *thisclose* to braving the stores and running to Best Buy to buy it again.

Now I can relax today and pack at my leisure. No other plans today, just relax, read, and pack.

Doesn't it feel good to know that you've got everything taken care of? I wrapped some stuff last night and it took *forever* to get it all done. And I've still got lots more to go.

Have fun with the family :-)

It's a huge weight off my shoulders. Now I've just got to fit everything into my suitcase.

Yay! I'm so glad that the package got there!

I know EXACTLY how you feel. I asked my aunt to order something for my mom off of Amazon, since I have no credit card. It arrived at my aunt's house three days ago and my aunt has STILL not bothered to bring it by. She lives FIVE minutes away! We even offered to go to her house and pick it up (my mom knows I ordered her something, though not what it is), but she said no, that she'd bring it to us. We're still waiting...
