I missed my anniversary.
Dec. 31st, 2005 11:08 amI just realized that I have officially been writing fanfiction for 3 years. Three years. Wow.
I was looking at my User Info page and knew that I needed to update the part that said that I had been writing for a year and a half, as well as the pairings I've written. Out of curiosity, I checked my feedback document and discovered that my very first feedback ever was received on January 13, 2003. (Yes, I have a Word doc with every piece of feedback I've ever received for writing - it's currently 224 pages long.) Actually, that would have been for my fourth story. I submitted the first 3 directly to Jen at Willow's Lil' Secret, instead of posting to the group.
Then I checked my website, since I date all of my finished stories with the month and year they were completed, to find that my first story, Beware of the Quiet Ones, was written in September 2002. (There goes my Thanksgiving Day theory, must have been a different holiday marathon that got me into fanfic.)
My how the time flies.
