As hard as it was not to just have them say "To hell with being related", I wanted to bring it back to canon. I haven't done that before.
Yes, I completely understand the difficulty of withstanding the temptation to have them get together. ;-) But sometimes it is good to go back and see what fun we can have with them as a canon pairing - as Milo said, they have hooked up emotionally already so it's like they have gotten together (LOL! I can't believe I just quoted Milo like I'd quote Shakespeare or something!)
And hopefully it was a bit more fun being able to read it all at once instead of having to wait for each new chapter.
Ha! Yes, I must admit before my current foray into fanfic writing I was one of those readers who loved waiting until a story was complete before starting. I have a tendency to subject myself to intense reading sessions which suits that. Also I have an atrocious short term memory when it comes to fics so I always forget where the story is up to. ;-)
