Almost Happy New Year

Remember the perfect roommate I thought I'd found on Friday? Well, Sunday morning she called me to say that she decided not to move after all. She was going to be breaking her lease in order to move somewhere closer to her new job and where there was parking, since she bought a car to get to the new job. Her roommate, who was her friend, was more upset than she thought, and for the sake of her friendship, she decided not to move.

I was too bummed to post about it yesterday. Back to square one.

Poor 'lisabeth! Here's what you should do...

Throw the roommmate idea out the window; people are scum and should be abolished. Go to the ASPCA and find the cutest puppy in the whole place. Take it home and teach it to sit and pee outside and stuff. Then get cute!puppy an agent and have cute!puppy make enough money doing commercials and tv shows that you can quit your job and live off cute!puppy's income!
