I couldn't wait and popped into the CD player right away. I'm loving it so far. I love the commentary between songs. I have a feeling this will be moving to my car soon, which is where I mostly listen to CDs.
I'm so glad you're enjoying 'Music for Elevators' too. I listen to mine when I write a lot.
*g* the bit where Steve does his own song? (Pinata Novia) When Chris says "do you want to hear Steve...", there's a pretty loud single cheer before the rest of the crowd joins in.
I will have to listen carefully to that part next time. I love all the new songs on the Live CD. I'll have to try to track down the lyrics sometime soon. I have a feeling this CD will be following me from car to house quite a lot for a while.
They just made it available to the general public in November. There's songs on it that aren't on their first CD. Here (http://www.kanemusic.com/merchandise/index.html)'s the info on it.
