It's kinda weird running against pretty much all of my friends in the Willow/Angel(us) category, but it's kinda cool too.

I know, there are a few I haven't read but even on those I'm familiar with the author and would not want to chose a winner. Okay, also doesn't help that I talk to most of you regularly so its picking between friends too. :)

Make sure your judge writes Spander or something equally un-Willow/Angel-y. This is why I'm glad my awards site is pure reader's choice. No pressure on me.

You know I don't think I have any judges left that are W/A shippers. Gabrielle was the only one. Lisa reads it I think but prefers W/S, everyone else is either slash, B/G, or B/S now.

But at least if I end up short judges I know most of the fics so it won't take me forever to judge them.

Thanks, I actually have several really good judges the biggest problem is that they are all either authors or betas so there seems to be one fic in every category that someone can't judge. Then of course, the less dependable people who just don't do it. I really love the excuse of I didn't know I had finals. I haven't been in school in a very long time but I'm sure they give more than a days notice for finals right?

Ugh! I'm one to talk though. I was on vacation when voting opened for the last round of SunnyD and I'll be on vacation again for my original date for winter_spillow. My mom planned that trip, so I have that excuse, but still had to move my date earlier.

BTW, you'll see I was just nominated for 2 more categories. I have great friends!

See, I can understand that things come up, its that they wait until the last day of judging to tell me thats the problem. It always means I end up doing their categories because I can't find anyone that fast.

I haven't even looked at the new nominations yet, I updated with 75 yesterday and today I have about 50 more.

I know its good, it means the awards are sucessful and not a waste of my time but on the other hand its not leaving much free time for writing. Although I have, fortunately, managed to finish the next part of Soul Series, and 2 drabbles for winter_spillow Wed. I have to type the drabbles because I wrote them at work but they are written. That just leaves my HP fic and my AB crossover to get parts of done this week.
