Date: 8/28/14 05:32 pm (UTC)I voted for the Angel one at OWL - I haven't seen the ep of AtS I assume it's from but I took one look at the image and it told me exactly the jist of what was going on. The brightness of an arena setting you captured at the way he's looking up at the crowd is marvelously done. I love it when an icon tells me a story.

Date: 8/28/14 10:33 pm (UTC)And that's entirely due to your skill as a storyteller. An icon is to me the visual equivalent of a drabble or poem.
I don't know who the character/actress is in the fifth icon btw (from Once?) on the other hand but it's just lovely to look at. I like that I'm only aware of the textures/light effects as something added after looking at it the second or third time, everything is so unified (deep purples, mmmm...)
