Happy Thanksgiving

I wanted to wish my fellow Americans a very Happy Thanksgiving today.

I slept until 9:30am this morning. Man, that was nice for a weekday. After a quick shower, I made my contribution for the Thanksgiving Dinner I'm going to at my friend Amy's: Fruit Salad. It was very simple: cut up apples (2 different kinds), a tangerine, a cup of dried cranberries, and 2 containers of lemon yogurt. I'm waiting to add the walnuts until I get there in case anyone is allergic.


Yesterday I updated SunnyD with the new nominees. We're over 100 already. Woo Hoo! Lots of slash and Spuffy so far.

I know too many people who don't like nuts, so this way everyone got a chance to taste it. It was a hit, despite how full we were all were by the time we got to dessert.

I didn't want anyone who wanted fruit to have to skip it because of the nuts. Some had them, others passed.

I did. My friend made way too much food. She sent some home with me. It was all wonderful. It was great being included with her family.

I'm glad to learn it and seem like you have another thing to thanks for: with the food that your friend give to you, you don't need to cook in the next day LOL Goodnight it is past 2,10 am in here
