I've taped all of the cards I've received (fandom & RL) up on the blank wall over my couch. ( Check it out )
I leave tomorrow morning for Wisconsin (I only had to repack my suitcase three times today to get everything to fit), but my dad's house is set up for wireless internet, so I'll still be online at some point.

It's Yom Kippur so I'm home today - and fasting. Since I was a lazy procrastinator, I don't have a synagogue to go to this year. But my dad sent me my High Holy Days prayer book from our old synagogue and I've been reading the services from there. I know that's what he does now that he doesn't belong to any congregation.
I hadn't set my alarm last night and didn't get up until 9:45 this morning. I went to bed around midnight. I usually go to bed between 11:30-12. I've been tired all week and I guess this goes to show I'm really not getting enough sleep.
I've got a couple of chapters to beta today to keep me distracted. Plus I need to wach this week's Close to Home and Lost. Both are on opposite other shows I watch, so I had to tape them. I also need to make a run to the store at some point because somehow I'm out of tissues. All that I have are the little travel packs, which is better than nothing, but my nose has been very runny lately.
I wish those of you who are Jewish an easy fast today.
